Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal information for consumers

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.

Exercising withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement of the decision to withdraw from the contract must be sent to us.

Balance and prepaid top-up

A balance top-up can be withdrawn as long as the balance has not yet been used for products, services or other performance.

If balance has already been used in whole or in part to order or renew a product, withdrawal is excluded to that extent or only possible for an unused remaining amount.

Hosting products and digital services

For hosting products such as gameservers, root servers, TeamSpeak servers, Nextcloud hosting, WebHosting or comparable digital services, the right of withdrawal may expire early.

This applies in particular if the customer expressly requests immediate provision or activation before the withdrawal period expires and confirms that this causes the right of withdrawal to be lost.

After provision, activation or use of an ordered product, withdrawal for that product is therefore generally no longer possible.

Consequences of withdrawal

If there is an effective withdrawal, we will refund all payments received for the withdrawn contract without delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal.

The same payment method used for the original payment will generally be used for the refund unless otherwise agreed.
